Beata Kowalski
Beata is the founding partner of Valley Girls Catering. Having been in the industry since 15 years old, she had an opportunity to start Valley Girls Catering in 2002. At that time, she had no kitchen, accounting or business experience, just a deep love, passion and obsession for everything about restaurants. Partnering with three incredible women, together they operate Fresh & Sweet, Fresh Carnival, multiple locations at Mosaic Stadium, and the food & beverage at both Sherwood Forest and Deer Valley Golf clubs. Deeply passionate about their work family, they employ over 60 amazing people. If Beata’s life were a book, it would be titled “Organized Chaos” — and she loves her life with every ounce of her being.
