Meet the Presenter

For Loreen Friskie, customer service has been a lifelong journey, working in both the public and private sectors throughout her career. Loreen is continually exploring new approaches and techniques to engage and motivate participants so they too will be inspired to pass along their best to customers and fellow workers.

Educating and sharing her positive attitude towards customer service is a passion for Loreen as she spent many years working with new staff and students, providing them with solid skills to last a lifetime.

Service Best Leader is available as a six-hour virtual course delivered live online by a facilitator.

This training session requires a minimum number of 7 participants to proceed. If the minimum number is not met, the training will be cancelled, and a full refund will be provided to all registered participants. Notification will be issued in advance if this occurs.

If you need to cancel your registration, notify training@tourismsask.com no later than 5 business days prior to workshop. Refunds will not be made after that time.

Service Best Leader course completion certification is valid for five years.
