Josh Buchanan is a Business Management Consultant for Magnaltus Consulting which is based in Saskatoon. Dustin is an associate in the Saskatoon office and maintains a general corporate commercial practice with a particular interest in real estate, leasing, agribusiness and resources. Having previous work experience in the agriculture, construction, and natural resource industries, Dustin understands the unique challenges of the clients he serves and utilizes his legal training to provide comprehensive strategies to meet client needs.

Dustin attended law school at the University of Saskatchewan, earning his Juris Doctor degree in 2022. He articled with McKercher in 2022 and joined the firm as an associate in 2023 upon being called to the Saskatchewan Bar. Before joining McKercher, Dustin completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Saskatchewan, majoring in finance. Dustin is also a journey-person carpenter, having obtained his Red Seal from Saskatchewan Polytechnic in 2015.

Having been born and raised in rural Saskatchewan, Dustin maintains his connection to his communities by staying involved with local sports and recreation groups and assisting with community fundraising initiatives.

Hannah Wheeler is a Saskatoon-based brand strategist and co-founder of Guide Brand Consultancy. With specialized training in branding and visual communications from AUArts, Hannah brings over a decade of experience working with organizations locally, nationally, and internationally.

Through Guide, Hannah supports founders and leadership teams in building strong, aligned brands that create clarity, confidence, and momentum. She is known for translating complex ideas into practical brand strategy, helping businesses align who they are, what they offer, and how they show up in the world.

Hannah believes branding is the foundation for sustainable growth, and that when businesses are clear on their brand, decision-making becomes easier, teams align faster, and growth follows with more intention.
