What started as a dream to bring a piece of their culture to Saskatoon has grown into The Sure O’s Co., a thriving local business known for its handcrafted churros, creative flavours, and welcoming customer experience. From their first customers to expanding their presence within the city, Edgar and Mariel have focused on creating more than just a dessert shop. They have built a business that brings people together through food, culture, and connection.
Like many entrepreneurs, their journey came with challenges.
